back at last...

finally, after 2 weeks of nonstop requirements, i am finally back at CDO. i never expected to ever come back here and still sane. i thought i was going crazy back there. those 2 weeks would have been qualified to be the longest weeks of my life. thank God to new found friends. i wouldn;t have made it if it haven't been for them. the sleepless nights of working overtime for the requirements to be submitted the next day would have been difficult if it weren't for the chikkas and the "hub-hub' sessions, i would have found the task boring. the case presentation, in which the de la rosa has worked hard on would have been a disaster if it weren't for our group efforts and dedication to make it the best case presentation we can ever achieve. these things turned out to be great because of friends there by your side supporting each other. i would never ever forget this experience. the memories we have shared, the times of sadness, the times of happiness..these things are the things that made my psychiatric affiliation a memorable one. not only because of my batchmates at de la rosa but also the patients that we took care. it maybe just two weeks for others but i know we made a difference to the lives of our patients. we care for them in ways that somehow they are family to us. i would never ever forget them. i love the experience to the point of tears because i miss them so much. the clinical instructors, the residents at de la rosa, my batchmates and most importantly the experiences we have encountered there at davao. this is an experience that i will never ever forget.
